"October 22, 2021, started like any other Friday, but I had no idea that day would change my life forever. It was the day I met the woman who would eventually become my best friend, my love, and my wife.
We first met at CrowdReason when she came in for an interview. I still remember her walking through the door in a beige fitted dress and matching heels. My first thought was simply, “Okay, she’s really cute.” And honestly, that was about it. I went on with my day without thinking much of it. Little did I know that the woman who walked through that door that day would one day become my wife.
We started as colleagues, then became friends. Casual conversations turned into long phone calls, daily messages, and meaningful conversations. Our walk home after work became some of my favourite memories, where we shared our dreams, faith, fears, laughter, and hopes for the future.
Somewhere along those walks, I fell in love with my best friend.
I fell in love with her kindness, strength, gentle spirit, and the way she cares for others. She has stood by me, prayed with me, believed in me, and helped me become a better man.
Looking back, I see God's hand in every part of our journey. What started as a simple meeting became a love built on friendship, faith, trust, and countless beautiful memories.
Today, September 5th 2026, I choose you not just for today, but for every season of life. I promise to laugh with you, pray with you, grow with you and above all Love you.
You are my best friend, my answered prayer, my greatest blessing, and the love of my life."

"It all started on an ordinary interview day at CrowdReason. I was far too focused on getting the job to notice anything else. If you know what job hunting in Ghana is like, you understand!
After I got the job and joined the company, I met everyone on the team except Daniel. I was told he was on leave. A week later, he returned, and I remember casually stealing a few glances at him. I had to admit, he looked good. His almond-shaped eyes and full brows especially caught my attention. As fate would have it, he ended up sitting right across from my cubicle.
The funny part? He didn’t say hello or introduce himself. Nothing! So my first impression quickly changed. He seemed a little too uptight and kept mostly to himself.
I don’t remember exactly when we had our first real conversation, but I think it happened during lunch. That was when we discovered that we had actually been neighbours for over 10 years without ever meeting. From there, we started talking more and realized how much we had in common. The friendly work competitions, playful banter, and walks home after work soon became part of our everyday lives.
Before we knew it, we had become really good friends. We talked about life, our dreams, our future, and everything in between. Somewhere along the way, our friendship became something more, and then Daniel asked me out. Just like that, our friendship turned into an office romance.
Then came 2022. I moved abroad for school, and we had to navigate a long-distance relationship for the first time. It wasn’t easy. There were different time zones, busy schedules, long video calls, and plenty of moments when we wished we could simply be together.
Daniel tried to join me in Canada but was initially refused. He didn’t give up. He kept trying until he was finally approved and joined me. After all the waiting and missing each other, being together again was such a relief.
And now, here we are in 2026, from neighbours who lived close to each other for over a decade without ever meeting to coworkers who barely spoke to friends, lovers, and now husband and wife. This can only be God.
Looking back, I see how God used the most ordinary moments to bring us here.
I didn’t notice Daniel on the day of my interview, but somehow, life had already made room for him in my story.
Today, that fine man with the almond-shaped eyes and full brows, the man I once thought was too uptight, is the man I choose to walk home with for the rest of my life."
We loved with a love that was more than love.
